We will send the item to the address provided unless we have been contacted via email to send to an alternative address. If your order displays the wrong shipping address & the package is dispatched, then we take no responsibility for undelivered parcels.
Outside the United Kingdom, Anchor Watches Ltd is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office.

1 Year Warranty
We provide a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on the movement of our watches. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damages that may occur from everyday use, water damage, strap or loss of plating/colour. If you have any queries, please contact us via email or on our Contact Us page & we will do our best to resolve any problems you might have.
Our watches are Water Resistant 3 atm or 30m. That means they are suitable for everyday use. Splash/rain resistant.

Refunds & Exchanges
In the event that the customer receives the wrong product or changes their mind on which product they would like, we will allow for either a refund or exchange to be made providing the product is in the same condition as it was received in. It must still contain the protective sticker on both the face & caseback of the watch, as well as the plastic insert on the crown of the watch. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, after this time a refund or exchange is no longer available. It will be up to the customer to pay all additional shipping fees.
